Ingredients
- 🌾Rolled oats1.5 cups
- 🥜Peanut butter0.5 cup
- 🍯Honey0.33 cup
- 🍫Chocolate chips0.5 cup
- 🫙Chia seeds2 tbsp
- 🥥Shredded coconut0.25 cup
- 🍫Dark chocolate100 g
- 🧂Flaky sea salt1 pinch

Combine oats, peanut butter, honey, chocolate chips, and chia seeds in a bowl.

Stir until everything is well mixed. It should hold together when pressed.
💡 If too sticky, add more oats. Too dry, add more honey.

Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes — this makes rolling easier.
Storage
Store in an airtight container in the fridge. Can also be frozen — place on a baking sheet to freeze individually, then transfer to a bag. Thaw for a few minutes at room temperature before eating. (up to 7 days)
